Every week at Hopedale, we are reminded that we are certified as a Welcoming Congregation.  The Unitarian Universalist Association’s Welcoming Congregation Program was launched in 1989 to help us learn how to undo homophobia – and later, transphobia – in our hearts and minds, our congregations, and our communities.  Hopedale’s Religious Education Co-ordinator, Genevieve O’Malley Knight, will explore:  Why is this welcome important in our faith?  How are we doing?  What more can we at Hopedale do?  Service Leader: Drew Ruther.
