At Winter Solstice, the sun reaches its farthest point south from the equator, and in the Northern Hemisphere, this time is known for many hours of darkness, and for candles lit as we anticipate the return of more sunlight.  Join Diane Wright as we think about this particular solstice, in this particular year, and the lessons we may find in the celebrations of this event over human history.
