At the June 2020 General Assembly of the Unitarian Universalist Association delegates voted on an Action of Immediate Witness “Amen to Uprising: A Commitment and Call to Action.” The AIW reflects both the Principles of our UU faith and the issues of Black Lives Matter movement to end State-sanctioned violence, liberate Black people, and end white supremacy forever.
